Format: The Wales Swim can be entered by anyone who feels they are capable of competing*. There is gender separation, so men and women compete for first place in their respective category. *Athletes with a registered disability will need to contact the race office to discuss whether the race is suitable and safe to enter ***The Below times are provisional and will be updated nearer the time****
